The work

Three steps, and all three are yours.

Our clients hand us the whole of this. On our side of it, one person carries a request from the moment it lands to the moment it is paid for correctly.

You take the request

It arrives in the portal or as a message, often as half a sentence. You work out what is actually needed, and by when.

You place it with a vendor

From more than 30 vendors under written contract, at a rate agreed before the request came in. If the first cannot deliver, you move it to the named backup.

You close it on record

The confirmation goes back in the portal, the cost lands on the right department, and the invoice matches what was delivered.

Three things have to be true.

You own what you picked up. When it goes wrong, we hear it from you before we hear it from the client.
