Mukhtar Concierge & Management Services (Pvt) Limited (“Mukhtar”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is an administrative partner and corporate services company registered in Pakistan and operating from Lahore. Information we collect
- Contact information: name, company or institution, email, phone and WhatsApp numbers, designation.
- Travel information: traveller names, passport and identity details, dates, routes, and stated preferences, provided so we can arrange your travel.
- Communications: messages exchanged with us via our portal, WhatsApp, or email.
How we use it
We use your information solely to provide and improve our services: to arrange your business travel, to communicate with you about requests, to raise invoices, and to meet our legal and regulatory obligations. We do not use it for unrelated purposes.
How we share it
Confidentiality is fundamental to what we do. We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only as needed to deliver your travel, for example with the airlines, transport providers and partners fulfilling a specific booking, and where required by law.
Data retention & security
We retain information for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymise it. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect it.
Your rights
You may request access to your data, correction of inaccurate information, deletion (subject to our legal obligations), a portable copy, or object to certain processing. To exercise any of these, contact hello@mukhtar.com.pk. We aim to respond within 30 days.
