Terms of Service
These terms govern the use of this website and the enquiries you submit through it. Engagements for travel services are governed by the separate service agreement signed between Mukhtar and each client.
Our services
Mukhtar arranges corporate travel, including domestic flights and door-to-door private-vehicle transport, on behalf of its clients. We coordinate with airlines and vetted transport providers to fulfil each request. Availability, fares, and terms offered by those third parties are subject to their own conditions.
Enquiries submitted here
Submitting the enquiry form does not create a contract or guarantee any booking. It is an invitation for us to contact you and discuss how we may help. We will use the details you provide in line with our Privacy Policy.
Pricing
Where we act on your behalf, pass-through travel costs are billed at cost. Our own fee is set out in your service agreement. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding quote.
Third-party providers
Tickets, vehicles and transfers are ultimately delivered by third-party providers. While we select and manage vetted vendors and stand behind the service, certain conditions (such as airline change and cancellation rules) are set by those providers.
Limitation
To the extent permitted by law, Mukhtar is not liable for losses arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control, including third-party provider actions, schedule changes, or force majeure events.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
