Terms of Service
These terms are the rules for using Mukhtar: this website, the Mukhtar app, the Corporate Portal, the Partner Portal and the till. "Mukhtar", "we" and "us" mean Mukhtar Concierge & Management Services (Private) Limited, 541-A/1, Ghalib Market, Block A-1, Gulberg III, Lahore.
Organisations and partner brands also sign a written agreement with us. Where that agreement says something different from these terms, the agreement applies.
This version is dated 22 October 2026. It replaces all earlier versions of these terms, which described services we no longer offer.
What Mukhtar is
Mukhtar runs an employee and member perks network. Businesses and membership organisations choose who is covered, and their people get perks, such as discounts, at participating brands in dining, fashion and retail, fitness, and grooming and wellness. We build and run the network: we check each offer with the brand before it goes live, provide the app, the portals and the till, and send each brand a statement every week.
The brand sells you its food, goods or services, and you pay the brand directly. Mukhtar does not sell them and does not take your payment.
Using the Mukhtar app
For employees and members of an organisation that uses Mukhtar.
- You can use the app while your organisation covers you. Your organisation decides who is covered. Which categories are switched on, and the limits, are agreed between your organisation and us. Your organisation can switch you off at any time, for example when you leave.
- You sign in with your email address and a six-digit code we send you. Do not share your codes with anyone.
- A perk code is for you alone. It lasts a few minutes and works once. Show it at the counter before you pay.
- Each offer has its own terms, shown in the app, such as the days and times it is valid and what is not included. The cashier enters the bill and the discount is applied as the offer says.
- A brand may refuse a code that has expired, has already been used, falls outside the offer's terms or goes over your organisation's limits.
- Offers can change or end, and brands can join or leave the network.
- If something goes wrong at the counter, tell us through Support in the app. The quality of the food, goods or service is the brand's responsibility, but we will help where we can.
Using the Corporate Portal
For the people who manage perks for an organisation.
- Only people your organisation authorises may use the Corporate Portal. Your organisation is responsible for what they do there, and for switching off their access when they leave.
- Before you add anyone, your organisation must confirm to us in writing that it may share its list of people with us, and must tell those people what we keep about them. Our Privacy Policy explains what that is.
- Keep the list accurate, and switch people off when they stop being covered.
- What your organisation pays, if anything, is set out in its agreement with us.
Using the Partner Portal and the till
For partner brands and their staff.
- Mukhtar checks every new offer before it goes live. The discount, the minimum bill and our commission change only by agreement with us.
- In the Partner Portal you can update an offer's wording, days, hours, exclusions and end date, and pause or end it. Honour a valid code on the terms the offer shows at the time.
- Enter the true bill for every visit, and use the till only for real visits.
- Your commission is agreed in writing and shown on every line of your weekly statement. Pay each invoice as your agreement sets out.
- Keep till PINs secret, and switch staff off when they leave. You are responsible for what is done with your team's sign-ins and PINs.
- If a line on a statement looks wrong, tell us through Support in the Partner Portal or by replying to the statement email.
Fair use
Whoever you are, you must not:
- share your codes, sign-ins or PINs, or use anyone else's;
- try to get a perk you are not entitled to, or record a visit that did not happen;
- copy, scrape or try to break into any part of the service, or try to get round its limits;
- use the support chat to harass anyone, or to send anything unlawful or anything you have no right to share.
If we believe an account is being misused, we may suspend it while we look into it, and we may tell the organisation or brand concerned.
Enquiries through this website
Sending the enquiry form does not create a contract. It lets us contact you to talk about working together. We use what you send as our Privacy Policy describes.
Our name and content
The Mukhtar name and logo, this website and our apps belong to Mukhtar. You may not use our name or logo without our written permission. Other brands' names and logos shown on this website and in our apps belong to their owners.
If things go wrong
We work to keep the service running, but it may sometimes be unavailable, for example during an update or because of a problem with a provider we rely on.
As far as the law allows, Mukhtar is not responsible for:
- the food, goods or services a brand provides, or how it provides them;
- a brand changing or ending an offer, or refusing a code that does not meet the offer's terms;
- losses caused by events outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these terms takes away any right you have under the law that cannot be taken away.
Ending and changes
You can stop using Mukhtar at any time. Your organisation can switch you off, and an organisation's or brand's agreement with us sets out how that agreement ends. We may change the service or these terms. If we change these terms, we will publish the new version on this page with its date, and if a change is significant we will also tell the organisations and partners we work with.
The law that applies
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts at Lahore will hear any dispute about them.
