Mukhtar handles the entire travel lifecycle for your team, from initial booking through post-trip follow-up, so your employees travel without friction and your HR team isn't managing it manually.
Note on vendor spend: Flight and hotel costs are settled directly with the supplier or billed through at cost with a transparent coordination fee. No markup on vendor spend without prior agreement.

Retainer fee is agreed based on anticipated service volume and complexity. Vendor spend is billed separately at cost or with agreed markup.

Per-service clients do not have a dedicated coordinator but are assigned based on availability and service type. Priority is given to retainer clients during peak periods.
